From Mount Rainier to Thea Foss Waterway, Pierce County offers some of the world’s most spectacular landscape and outstanding sports venues to enjoy. The Tacoma-Pierce County Sports Commission is a non-profit organization that assists in the development of amateur athletic events in Pierce County. We serve to promote Pierce County as a destination for amateur sporting events to positively drive the economic development, shape the future of sports in the region, and influence the quality of life.

What we do:

• Maintain community involvement in local sports clubs and organizations.
• Give local sports clubs the tools to host national or regional events.
• Provide access to Pierce County's diverse facilities.
